Project management expertise at Anchor Terrace

Devonshire Partnership is proud to have project managed the sensitive external repair and maintenance works of Anchor Terrace, a Listed Building in Central London, constructed on the original site of the Globe Theatre in Southwark. Works commenced in May 2020 and were completed on time and under budget in mid-September 2020. Devonshire Partnership’s experience allowed the practical assessment of appropriate repair works to the listed structure, which were completed sympathetically to the building, whilst tightly controlling the budget.
