Acting as Project Manager and Contract Administrator, Devonshire Partnership advised a Sovereign Wealth Property Fund on the refurbishment of two floors of accommodation, reception, gym and common areas of this large office block in Bristol City Centre.
With the help of an Interior Designer, a contemporary ‘Let Ready’ (Cat A & B) fit out provided a beautifully designed, fully furnished and internet ready move option for incoming tenants, one of the first of this style in Bristol.
