The bar council

Devonshire Partnership was appointed by the General Council of the Bar and the landlord of the property, to assist the Bar with reconfiguration, consolidation and wholesale refurbishment of their offices on High Holborn, London.

 

Devonshire Partnership initially project managed the detailed space planning exercise informing the design of the refurbishment, to facilitate consolidating the client’s occupation from 6 floors of office to 5; thereby allowing them to relinquish 1 floor back to the landlord upon completion.  We subsequently project managed the design development, specification of the works and administered the successful completion of the project. 

 

Working with a consultant team, client and contractor the wholesale refurbishment, inclusive of new air conditioning, ventilation and data infrastructure, was undertaken on a floor by floor basis with the client remaining in occupation to ensure their business continuity was maintained. The logistically complicated project was successfully completed to a high standard within the clients required timescales.

 

Devonshire Partnership also provided the client with additional professional services inclusive of both dilapidations and Party Wall advice.
