Devonshire Partnership was appointed to inspect 37 properties comprising the St Christophers Place development just off Oxford Street, London W1.
The properties comprise multi-tenanted period properties of retail and office use. The development is located in a conservation area, predominantly terraced and pedestrianised, requiring very careful consideration as to the costs of access and reconstruction.
