Devonshire Partnership was engaged by Winterborne Property Management, on behalf of Mizen Developments Ltd to provide planned preventative maintenance advice with respect to their residential portfolio. The portfolio consisted of 15 residential blocks located all over London. The purpose of the inspections was to establish the existing condition of the blocks and advise on current and future maintenance requirements as well as works that could be considered outstanding from the original construction.
The resulting information was collected and reported in a clear and concise format to allow our appointing client to readily understand the next steps required in the process.
