NEC Relocation

Devonshire Partnership worked with NEC in developing their property strategy for the relocation and rationalisation of their property requirements culminating in a new EMEA headquarters in South Ruislip. Our involvement included an assessment of their existing dilapidations liabilities, a review of alternative sites and the subsequent fitting-out of their new offices. The project was undertaken to very tight time constraints whilst encompassing extensive landlord refurbishment works. The 45,000 sq ft fit-out achieved the requirements of a modern international collaborative working environment including computer labs, demonstration rooms and staff facilities. All works were completed on time to enable a smooth relocation.
