Devonshire Partnership was instructed to advise the landlord of this prominent City of London office building regarding the dilapidation liability of existing tenants under four different leases equating to approx. 21,000 sq ft of accommodation.
We reviewed the existing lease documentation, undertook the inspection and provided a dilapidations assessment within a week of instruction, to enable the landlord to fully appraise and consider lease negotiations with the tenants. We were subsequently asked to provide budget cost advice on a range of refurbishment options to prepare the accommodation for re-letting.
