Project monitoring on behalf of a funder regarding the refurbishment of a prestigious Belgravia property.
Devonshire Partnership undertook project monitoring on behalf of the funder of a major refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed five-story house and adjoining mews property.
The two-stage program over 20 months included a new basement under the existing lower ground floor for a swimming pool and a new mansard fifth floor. Planning and conservation requirements were a major part of the project in order to deliver a very high standard of private residence.
The scope of our role involved advising and reporting on construction agreements, costs, program, statutory compliance and the performance of the professional team and the contractor.
