Devonshire Partnership provided project management, employers agent and principal designer services for a commercial office building in Docklands, London.

 

Devonshire Partnership was appointed by the landlord of the property to assist them with a comprehensive refurbishment of the common parts and two office suites within this seven storey multi let office building in Docklands, London.

 

Works comprised refurbishment of the reception, principal staircases and lift lobbies and lifts, welfare facilities throughout and a CAT A refurbishment of two vacant 4,500 Sqft office suites.

 

The works were undertaken with the multiple tenants in occupation and complicated by the necessity for 24/7 access to be maintained throughout.

 

Devonshire Partnership provided project management, employers agent  and principal designer services from inception to completion, with the client achieving a significant upgrade to their asset within their budget and required timescales.
