Devonshire Partnership complete Building Re-instatement Cost Assessments of nationwide property portfolio of 93 properties.
Devonshire Partnership was appointed to inspect a nationwide portfolio of 93 property assets. The properties were geographically distributed across the entire United Kingdom from Aberdeen to Falmouth.
The properties ranged from high street retail units, out of town retail parks, city centre and business park commercial offices and manufacturing and distribution warehouses; ranging in size from 2,000 sq ft to 360,000sq ft.
Our Building Re-instatement Cost Assessment reporting template was designed and specifically tailored to suit our client’s requirements. The logistically complicated inspections and subsequent valuations were successfully completed in two phases to accord with the clients reporting requirements.
