We were appointed Project Managers to develop a locally listed Victorian building into Tower Hamlets home for the Financial Services Skills Academy.
Our role on behalf of our clients was to oversee the total refurbishment of 22,000 sq ft. integrating a modern office style environment into the Victorian structure.
The project costs were £5 m and the project was finalised on budget.
The building works took some 15 months from start on site to "open for business" date.
